Options & Advice
Suggestions for seeking accommodation:
- Consider both agency (Rightmove/Zoopla/OnTheMarket) and private listings (OpenRent, Gumtree) to maximize options.
- Use filters: location (e.g., SS1, SS2), price range, bedroom count, furnished/studio etc.
- Set up email alerts for new listings at your preferred price.
Councils also provide lists of registered HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancy).
