Southend City College main campus is located in the heart of the city with great transport options, whether you are travelling by train, bus or car.

There are two convenient rail routes:
Take a direct c2c service to Southend Central station. Journey time is typically around 20–25 minutes.
Travel via Shenfield station or Stratford station and connect to Southend-bound services. Journey time is approximately 45–60 minutes.
Southend has an extensive bus network operated by Arriva, First Bus and Stephensons, with services stopping throughout the town centre close to the campus.

Students should disembark at Travel Centre, Southend High Street, or Southend Central Station, which are both within a short walk of the campus.
There is a public car park under the Luker Road building (entrance in Elmer Approach), which is open weekdays from 07:00 to 22:00, currently it is not open on Saturdays. University Square MSCP car park on College Way (opposite Sainsbury’s) is open 07:00 to 21:00.
There are also various council-run short-stay public car parks in Central Southend.

Full-time students may also be eligible for discounted rail travel and transport bursary support through the college.
